Additional consultation hours for legally insured patients in accordance with TSVG:
If there is an urgent need for treatment within the next 4 weeks, the appointment will be arranged free of charge centrally via the KVBW appointment service point at the telephone number 116 117. For this purpose, your family doctor will give you a referral with an urgency code. We report available appointments to the appointment service point.
Open consultation hours for patients with statutory health insurance (12 p.m. - 1 p.m.):
A limited number of treatment appointments are available for acute illnesses that require a presentation without an appointment. If the appointment contingent is exhausted, we will not be able to accept any more patients for open consultation hours on that day. To avoid unnecessary journeys, we recommend that you register using the known contact options. Outside the times mentioned above, a performance without an appointment is not possible. Naturally, you have to expect long waiting times during this consultation. Only the acute problem can be identified and treated during open consultation hours. A comprehensive dermatological consultation or a skin cancer screening or skin cancer follow-up examination is not possible at this appointment. Please remember your insurance card, previous medical findings and your current medication plan.
